Major Fundraisers
These fundraisers bring in most of our annual financial support.

Auction
Our spring fundraiser is the largest of the year, bringing in more than 80% of our annual funds. There are countless ways to support the auction including donating items, decorating, checking in guests and, of course, by bidding.

Social Fundraisers
Like the Movies and Bingo, we strive to keep our fundraisers FUN! The events are all-inclusive with a nominal fixed price or modest suggested donation. Have fun in your community and raise funds for our programs at the same time.

Fundraising Programs
At Clyde Hill, we strive to find “painless” fundraisers; that is, buying opportunities that fit so well into your lifestyle you would have spent the money even if Clyde Hill didn’t benefit. In the past, we have sold QFC cards and Tully’s cards, and we have also trialed special VISA cards. This year we are continuing the following programs:

PACE easily raises thousands of dollars for our school and rewards you at the same time. With over 400 participating businesses your personal savings can be significant. There are no order forms to track, funds to collect, delivery schedules to meet, volunteer hours, or door-to-door sales. However, you do need to register! In three easy steps you're on your way to helping Clyde Hill reach its fundraising goals:

1.  Register any Visa or MasterCard at www.4pace.com - $10 of your $25 memberbship goes directly to our school.

2. You Save 20%
Shop and dine at hundreds of local restaurants and retailers. You save 20% on your first purchase at each and every one. The more places you visit the more you save! No coupons or discount cards required.

3. RAISE MONEY FOR Clyde Hill Elementary PTA
We earn 5% with every purchase you make!

Contact the CH PTA PACE Coordinator, Lisa Aronovitz (laronovitz@hotmail.com) if you have any further questions. Click here to view PACE FAQ.

Campbell's Labels for Education
- UPC's and lids from Campbell's products should be clipped and dropped off in the office or in the box outside the P.E. office.  UPC's and V8 Splash lids are then used like money to buy recess and P.E. equipment for our students.  Please  check out the list of participating products.  Besides Campbell's products, collect UPC's from Pepperidge Farm products, Franco-American pasta, Swanson broths, V8 juices, and Prego pasta sauces.  www.labelsforeducation.com/pdf/eligible_products.pdf

General Mill Box Tops for Education - Each Box Top is worth 10 cents.   Our school averages over $200 each year in Box Tops.   Please clip all Box Tops and Bonus Box Tops you find on the products you buy every day.

Other Fundraisers
Although the Auction and the Walk-a-Thon raise the most money, there are other fundraising opportunities.  These are easy ways for everyone to help the PTA raise money for our school.  The following programs work by giving back a percentage of sales based on what Clyde Hill families buy.

Wrapping Paper
This is a catalog sale with a variety of gift products including wrapping paper.  Fifty percent of the proceeds go directly to the PTA.  For more information please Jolie Hellings (joliel@microsoft.com) or Meri Gilbert (6gilberts@comcast.net)
