ANNUAL FUND and FUNDRAISING
Clyde Hill PTA plans and organizes a wide variety of events and programs that benefit the students and parents of our school. The PTA Annual Fund pays for all of these programs thanks to the generous donations by families and friends of Clyde Hill Elementary through two main fundraisers: Envelope Drive and Walk-A-Thon.
Why an Annual Fund?
Contributions to the Annual Fund directly pay the cost of your child’s Reading Specialists and Instructional Assistants (IAs), as well as the Academic Challenge, science and technology programs, cultural and fine arts support, field trips, community events, and many other vital learning experiences and opportunities that our District and State do not fund.
You can find below further details about how the PTA spends your dollar contributions.
Why should I give to the Annual Fund?
Unfortunately, there is a gap in State and District funding for essential educational programs and classroom support for teachers. It left to our engaged parent community to cover the shortfalls in funding. Your Clyde Hill PTA spearheads this effort to raise funds required to provide an enhanced, well-rounded education for our children.
