Clyde Hill Parent-Teacher-Student Association (PTSA) is a branch of Washington State PTA, a nonprofit, membership association which seeks to bring together the home, school and community on behalf of all children and youth.

How can you support our school community?

Join Clyde Hill PTSA today. Membership is valid for one year.  Your membership fee helps offset the costs of printing a directory and maintaining a website. Contact Kari Day for more information: kari.day@comcast.net

 

Volunteer your time. There are plenty of committees still in need of volunteers. Check out the volunteer section of our website for more details.

 

Support our fundraisers. We strive to make our fundraisers FUN. Support our school and have a good time in the process.

What does PTSA do?

At Clyde Hill, we fulfill this mission in many ways: 

 

For Parents, we offer many opportunities in which to support your child’s education both at school and at home. We also provide the school directory, an electronic newsletter and a website to help you keep in touch with what’s happening at Clyde Hill, in the Bellevue School District and at Washington State PTA.

 

For Teachers, we provide educational specialists and aides for classroom support, as well as start-up grants to facilitate a smooth beginning.

 

For Students, we coordinate a wide range of programs and activities for educational enrichment and fun.

 

These examples are just a fraction of what we do. This website contains information on all of our programs and events.

How does PTSA provide these programs?

These activities and events are only possible thanks to the wide support we receive from parents and teachers in the form of fundraising and volunteer time. Our major fundraisers each year are the Walkathon in October and our School Auction in March. More information is located on this website under fundraising.
