  • We encourage all students to attend but it is not required.
  • Students will take regular mode of transportation home on June 7 and will need a parent/guardian to transport them to Chinook at 4:45pm for event.
  • Families are encouraged to attend. This is NOT a drop off event – all participants need a parent/guardian in attendance.
  • Students that participate in Walk-A-Thon will be entered into a raffle!
    • Raffle tickets are earned by attending event and completing laps. The more laps walked/run earns more raffle entries!
    • Raffle tickets will not be for sale.
  • Dante’s Dogs food cart will be selling sausages, hot dogs and drinks. Cash or cards accepted.  Food sales will begin when event starts and available throughout event.
    • NO food or drinks (other than water) and NO pets are allowed on track or field per BSD rules.
  • Every student will receive a Walk-A-Thon t-shirt at school on June 7 to wear that day at event.
  • Remember to bring a water bottle, your child’s Walk-A-Thon t-shirt, running shoes, and money for food.
  • A DJ will be playing music to keep the kids motivated and energized!
